The petitioner is in custody since 05.01.2015 in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 364 of 2014 for the offence registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 385, 387 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case only because of local politics.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and one similarly situated co-accused person, namely, Bidu Mishra @ Bittu Mishra has been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 5002 of 2015 vide order dated 05.02.2015, let the petitioner, as mentioned above, be
