The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 43 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Munir Ashraf the informant alleged that the petitioner purchased land of his share from Mushraf Iqbal and others. It is submitted that the informant Munir Ashraf is the son of Late Syed Safi Ahmad, who is full brother of Late Abdul Gaffur, Asmat Ara and Hazra Khatoon. It appears that the petitioner purchased the land from the cousins of the informant and cousins of the informant are also claiming share in the aforesaid land.

No.16192 of 2016 (2) dt.03-05-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rahul Kishore, the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai in Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 43 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
