Petitioner is not named in the first information report but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that in course of investigation, some witnesses claimed to have seen the petitioner and others near the place of occurrence prior to the alleged occurrence, and except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 17.11.2015.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate,-IV, Araria in connection with Araria
