The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 324, 332, 333, 353 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that petitioners along with other persons forming a mob blocked the road and when the police personnel reached there to clear the road they started throwing bricks and stones on the police party due to which one police

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. Petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. The allegation levelled against the petitioners is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. It is further submitted that out of the ten named persons three persons have said to be caught at spot whereas about the rest seven persons it is not mentioned that by which source of information they have got identified by the informant. The petitioners were members of a mob Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Siwan in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No.209 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Trivedi/- U T
