JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2019 At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for appellant points out that the appellant deposited certain amounts with HDFC Bank, Naugachia Branch, Bhagalpur in pursuant to order dated 29.08.2016 passed by this Court. However, vide order dated 27.04.2017, this court directed the concerned bank to release the deposited amount in favour of the appellant but the concerned bank refused to release the deposited amount in favour of the appellant on the pretext that in order dated 27.04.2017 Claim Case Number has not been mentioned.

In view of the aforesaid submission, it is made clear that order dated 27.04.2017 has been passed

Patna High Court MA No.265 of 2016(7) dt.23-01-2019 2/2 in connection with Claim Case No. 100 of 2012 and accordingly, the concerned bank is directed to comply the order dated 27.04.2017 without any further delay. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) s.hassan/- U
