Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has applied for arms license ((Annexure P/6) to the Respondent No. 3, i.e, the District Magistrate, Patna and the same is pending since the last more than four years. The present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 3, i.e, the District Magistrate, Patna to consider the said application strictly in accordance with law if the same is still pending and take necessary action as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this
