Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused, Sanjay Sahni and after that one empty ornament box and iron cutter were recovered from the house of the petitioner. Co-accused, Sanjay Sahni has already been granted privilege of bail whereas petitioner is in jail custody since long. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.
