1. Heard the Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the Learned counsel for the respondents.

2. It is the specific contention of the Learned counsel for the respondents that the grievances of the petitioner has already been redressed and the details are given in the counter affidavit.

3. However, the Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that he will file a representation before the appropriate forum if his

4. Taking into consideration that the petitioner still has a grievance, this Court is of the considered view that he can make a representation before the appropriate forum within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order and in turn, the appropriate forum shall pass a speaking order addressing all the grievances of the petitioner and shall dispose of the matter within two months from the date of filing of the representation.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the Writ petition is disposed of.

6. Interlocutory Application(s), if any, shall also disposed off.
