1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions with regard to quashing of order dated 17.01.2014 passed in Anganwari Case No. 399/2013-14 passed by Respondent District Program Officer, Saharsa, whereby and where under the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.3617 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/3 has been disengaged/removed from the post of Anganwari Sahayika of Anganwari Centre Code No. 117, Mahabir Mandal Tola Rauta Khem, Saur Bazar Saharsa. And further prayed for quashing of the order dated 01.07.2019, passed in Anganwari Appeal Case No.
31/2016, passed by the District Magistrate Saharsa and also for quashing of the order dated 10.12.2022, passed in Anganwari Appeal No.
13/2020, by Respondent Commissioner Koshi Range Saharsa, whereby and where under the order dated 17.01.2014 passed in Anganwari Case No.
399/2013-14 has been affirmed. The petitioner further prays for reinstatement on the Post of Anganwari Sahayika at Anganwari Centre Code No. 117, Mahabir Mandal Tola Rauta Khem, Saur Bazar Saharsa."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances.
Patna High Court CWJC No.3617 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 3/3 Liberty so sought is granted.
