The petitioner is languishing in custody since 17.03.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 25 (1-B)a/26(i) of the Arms Act.

From the possession of the petitioner one country made pistol and live cartridges were recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the police maliciously roped the petitioner in the present case. Moreover, the investigation has already concluded. It is further submitted that the petitioner is accused in two other cases apart from the present case but in both cases he is on bail. Considering the fact that investigation has already concluded, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26198 of 2015 (2) dt.24-07-2015 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No.27 of 2015.

Since the petitioner has serious criminal antecedent, learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if he defaults for two consecutive occasions or gets involved in some serious nature of offence.
