It is informed that on the basis of memo no. 2608 dated 03.04.2018 admittedly Rs. 12,20,741 has already been paid to the petitioner and only arrear due to pay anomaly is pending. It is informed that due to paucity of fund, the aforesaid payment has not been made to the employees including the petitioner and as soon as the fund is made available, the arrear due to pay anomaly shall be paid to retired employees including the petitioner in chronological manner and whenever his turn shall come the above stated amount shall be paid to him.

However, in view of the aforesaid submission, this petition stands disposed of giving direction to the opposite party nos. 3 and 4 to ensure payment of admitted dues of the petitioner within six months from today, in any condition. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) N.K/- U
