This application has been filed for quashing the order of cognizance dated 03.05.2006 passed in Sikta P.S. Case No. 10 of 2006 by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah (West Champaran) for the offences under Sections 279, 304 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial has already been commenced.

In such view of the matter, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
