The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Kudra P.S. Case No.487 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The informant, S.H.O. Kudra Police Station, alleged that on secret information, he went near a brick-kiln and recovered huge quantity of liquor from the field of Ramchandra Sharma. The petitioners managed to flee away from there. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no material on record to show that the petitioners had kept the liquor in the field of Ramchandra Sharma. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and after institution of present case, one more case being Kudra P.S. Case No.488 of 2018 has

Considering the aforesaid facts and nature of allegation made against the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No.487 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
