1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(a) In the nature of Mandamus for directing and commanding the respondents to consider the case of the Petitioner for appointment on the post of Constable pursuance to the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of W.P.(Civil) No.: 1133/2019 Manjesh Kumar and Others Vs. The State of Bihar and appoint the petitioner on the post of constable who had already passed his eligibility test against the advertisement No.: 01/2004."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.3676 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
