The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No.6997 of 2021 arising out of Bypass P.S. Case No. 424 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Considering the clean antecedent of the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.
Considering the period of custody and the allegation levelled against the petitioner, the petitioner above-named is directed to be enlarged on bail after framing of charge on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5193 of 2022(2) dt.24-05-2022 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise Patna in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 424 of 2021, subject to the condition that petitioner mark his attendance to the local Police Station Bypass Patna on first Sunday of every month.
