JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-08-2015 The petitioners are languishing in custody since 7.5.2015 in connection with Tharthari P.S. Case No.29 of 2015 for the offence instituted under Section 304(B)/34 of the I.P.C. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
The prosecution story, in brief, is that there is allegation against the petitioners of demanding dowry and ultimately torturing and killing the daughter of the informant on account of its non-fulfillment within.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 7.5.2015. Petitioner no.1 is the father-in- law and petitioner no.2 is the mother-in-law of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25777 of 2015 (3) dt.12-08-2015 2/2 deceased. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sri P.K.Shukla, J.M., 1st Class, Hilsa (Nalanda), in connection with Tharthari P.S.
