2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 366A, 363, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the main allegation is against one Rajnikant Choudhary. Petitioner is only said to have assisted him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence and the petitioner is in custody since 19.06.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Naugachiya, Bhagalpur/concerned Court below in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 288 of 2023.
