The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.1063 of 2014 arising out of Dhamdaha P.S.Case No. 65 of 2014 registered, inter alia, under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner had earlier been rejected twice on merits.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the informant has contended that all the prosecution witnesses have been

Regard being had to the reasons assigned in the earlier order of this Court dated 10th October, 2014 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 33401 of 2014 as also advance stage of the trial, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application for bail is rejected.
