The petitioner is in custody in connection with Khodawanpur P.S. Case No. 222 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 467, 468, 471, 419, 420, 406 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 15.10.2018. He further submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he has realized the cost of land and has not executed the sale deed in favour of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to non payment of entire amount he has not executed the sale deed. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4308 of 2019(2) dt.28-01-2019 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusarai in connection with Khodawanpur P.S.
