Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section379 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that except confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 09-07-2015 and the investigation, against him has already been completed.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Patliputra P.S.
