The petitioner is accused in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 241 of 2015 registered under Sections 323, 364, 506, 307, 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of kidnapping of the son of informant by five persons named in the F.I.R. including two unknown persons.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. rather in course of investigation, informant also disclosed the name of the petitioner as associate of kidnappers having hand in the kidnapping of his son. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District and Sessions Judge-I, Barh, in connection with S. Tr. No. 168 of 2016 arising out of Barh P.S. Case No. 241 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
