In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with K.Hat P.S. Case No. 180 of 2017 registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has earlier moved before this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 23597 of 2017, which has been rejected, vide order dated 20.07.2017, but the petitioner did not surrender before the court below and has filed the present case, which is also rejected. The petitioner should surrender before the court below within three weeks. In failure to surrender, the Police will take step for his arrest. If the petitioner surrenders, the
