The petitioner, being the father of the husband of the victim, is apprehending arrest in a case initially registered for the offences punishable under Sections 309, 313 and 498A/34 of the IPC, subsequently, Sections 324, 326 and 304B of the IPC and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The prosecution case, as per the fardbeyan of Sanakshi Devi, recorded by Lalbabu Mishra, A.S.I., of Nayagaon Police Station, on 10.05.2018 at 11 A.M., at Chandar Manikganj Hospital, Hemar, Begusarai, is to the effect that the informant had some fight with her husband, when her husband abused her and asked her to get the pregnancy terminated. Though, other

No.4162 of 2019(2) dt.28-01-2019 2/3 in-laws family members also wanted the informant to get the pregnancy terminated and hence, the informant, after pouring kerosene oil, set herself on fire and when the mother-in-law of the informant raised alarm, other in-law family members set off the fire and took the informant to the hospital. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the informant. The accusation against the petitioner is omnibus and general. It is further submitted that the wife of the petitioner has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court, vide order dated 21.12.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 76677 of 2018.
Learned APP submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR.
Considering the fact that thrust of accusation is against the husband of the informant and the accusation against the petitioner is omnibus and general, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-IV, Begusarai in connection
