Petitioner is accused in connection with Katoriya P.S. Case No. 82 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 and 120B of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that informant is not an eye witness of the occurrence, rather only suspicion has been raised against the petitioner and others having hand in the murder of his son, Arun Yadav. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 13.02.2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18929 of 2016 (3) dt.22-06-2016 2/2 the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Banka in connection with Katoriya P.S. Case No.82 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
