The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 338, 302 of the I.P.C.

The FIR named ten persons including the petitioner bear general and omnibus allegation of commission of assault against the son of the informant and thereafter against the informant. During course of treatment son of the informant died. Submission is that the doctor has found single injury on the person of the deceased and that is fracture of frontal bone which was cause of death. It is not specific who had caused head injury. Petitioner is a female. Investigation of the case is complete.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15993 of 2021(3) dt.23-09-2021 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 376 of 2020, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
