2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's case is squarely covered by judgment dated 13.11.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No.16104 of 2024.
3. In view of the aforesaid, the impugned pay verification certificate issued vide Letter No.631-F.O. dated 28.04.2017, by the Jai Prakash University, Chapra, Annexure-P-
Patna High Court CWJC No.2090 of 2025(2) dt.10-02-2025 2/2 4 to the writ application, is hereby quashed in respect of this petitioner and the matter is remanded back to the State authorities for proceeding afresh in accordance with law.
4. It goes without saying that the petitioner is entitled to receive pay as earlier.
5. Accordingly, this writ application stands disposed of.
