JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Petitioner No. 1 is father-in-law whereas petitioner no. 2 is brother-in-law of the deceased. Informant claims in her written report that deceased died on 01.11.2014 but the First Information Report was lodged on 06.08.2015 and no explanation of the aforesaid delay has been given. Apart from this, no specific overt act has been attributed against these petitioners. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the
