The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Danapur P.S.Case nO.256 of 2019 dated 29.3.2019 registered for offences punishable under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the FIR, petitioners and other accused persons are said to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant. Apart from that the statement of the girl has been recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. , in which she has named this petitioner and also she appears to be minor.
Learned counsel for the pet toner has drawn my attention towards the statement made under Section 164 Cr.P.C., which is annexure-3 and that discloses that earlier she had married with the brother of the petitioner.

Having heard both sides and considering the allegations as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, if the petitioner is surrenders before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned court below on its own merit and if possible to be disposed of on the same day..
With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
