Case No. 34 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 25(1-b) A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is alleged that one country made loaded pistol and three live cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 05.02.2015 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. It is further submitted that as per prosecution case, one country made loaded pistol and three

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25973 of 2015 (2) dt.23-07-2015 2/2 live cartridges are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Samastipur, in connection with Tajpur (Waini) P.S.
