The petitioner seeks bail in Imadpur P.S. Case No.53 of 2013, S.T. No.65 of 2014 instituted for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Earlier this Court vide order dated 4.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49199 of 2015 granted provisional bail to the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after expiry of the period of provisional bail petitioner has already surrendered before the court below and he is jail. Earlier this Court vide order dated 20.7.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43430 of 2014 rejected the prayer for bail of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18943 of 2016 (2) dt.04-05-2016 the petitioner.
Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
