The petitioner is not named in the first information report and for the first time, the name of the petitioner aappeared in this case on the basis of information, given by spy of the police and later on, three witnesses claimed to have seen the petitioner fleeing from the place of alleged occurrence. No doubt, the petitioner carries chequered criminal history but admittedly, in the present case, the name of the petitioner came in this case after 9 months of the alleged occurrence.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner has already been granted bail in almost all the cases registered against him and local police with intent to keep the

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner namedabove, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Trial No. 3663 of 2013 arising out of Chiraiya P.S.
