Petitioner is in jail custody since 09.01.2015 on the accusation that one country made pistol and three live cartridges were recovered from his conscious possession and furthermore, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bakhari P.S.
