Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Lakshmipur P.S. Case No. 31 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 406, 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 27.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47197 of 2021. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

No.4147 of 2020(6) dt.21-03-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/-(twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-I, Jamui in connection with Lakshmipur P.S.
