Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had already filed a representation before the authorities concerned and had also deposited the e-court fees but till date no order has been passed. 3.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation along with a copy of this order, before the respondent no.5 within a period of two weeks and the respondent no.5 is well ad-

It is made clear that respondent no.3 shall be personally held responsible for non-compliance of this order. 5.

Petitioner is not required to deposit the e-court fee, as he had already deposited the same.
