JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-11-2017 The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the concerned authority to make payment of the amount due to the petitioner against transporting & handling bill of Rs. 1,66,48,000/- together with statutory interest.

2. At the very outset learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if the petitioner is permitted to approach the concerned authority with a fresh representation for redressal of his grievances.

3. Having regard to the nature of the prayer and stand of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Managing Director, Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Limited, Patna (respondent no. 2) for

Patna High Court CWJC No.10128 of 2017 dt.08-11-2017 2/2 redressal of his grievances. If any such representation is filed within two weeks, the same shall be considered and disposed of on its own merits and in accordance with law after grant of opportunity of hearing to the petitioner expeditiously and in any event preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this judgment.
