The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nwkothi PS Case no.94 of 2019 dated 13.8.2019 registered for offences punishable under Section 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act. There is recovery of one loaded pistol and seven cartridges from the petitioner. Apart from that he is accused in two other cases.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for five months. Charge sheet has already been submitted.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.3237 of 2020(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sri Rajeev Ranjan , J.M. Ist Class, Begusarai in connection with Nawkothi P.S.Case No.94 of 2019 with condition that once he is released, he has to appear before the police station of his local area for a period of nine months in the second week of each month, so that the police may watch his conduct.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the S.P., Begusarai for the needful..

With the above direction, this application is allowed.
