JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 652 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased and the first information report reflects that the daughter of informant was taken to clinic of a doctor by Mohan Sah and, moreover, petitioner is an old lady aged about 60 years and nothing specific has come against her in course of investigation, which is evident from the impugned order. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, Let the above named,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5035 of 2020(2) dt.02-03-2020 2/2 petitioner, in the event of her arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Supaul in Supaul P.S. Case No. 652 of 2019 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) N.K/- U T
