The petitioner seeks bail in Kanti P.S. Case No. 319 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner took his son Md. Azam for compromise but his son did not return and the dead body of his son was found within the jurisdiction of Kanti P.S. of Muzaffarpur district.

It is submitted that except suspicion there appears that nobody has seen the occurrence. On mere suspicion the name of the petitioner has come in this case.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25551 of 2015 (2) dt.23-07-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate (West), Muzaffarpur , in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 319/2014.
