JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-02-2020 After some arguments, the learned Senior counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 26.08.2019, passed by the S.D.O. Danapur, before the appellate authority.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed, however with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate appeal and in case, appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be decided on merits by the appellate authority within a period of six months thereof.
