The petitioner is languishing in custody since 14.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that the petitioner and one Ranjit fired on the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury report reflects that only one injury caused by hard and blunt substance has been found and the investigation has already concluded.
A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25706 of 2015 (2) dt.23-07-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 17 of 2015.
