The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Giriyak (Katrisarai) P.S. Case No. 372/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a)/41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that there has been no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner and that he has no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge 3rd cum Special Judge
