The petitioner is in custody in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 109 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 409, 120, 323, 504, 506, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Referring to the prosecution case, he submits the instant case was registered in connection with business transaction and settlement of account. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused have been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 69637 of 2018 vide order dated 17.12.2018.

No.3348 of 2019(2) dt.24-01-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and also that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 109 of 2018.
