Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Sherghatti (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 312 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 288 and 304 of the Indian Penal Code.

The enquiry report of responsible Government official also finds out towards the fact that the deceased died in accident while doing labour work for which the petitioner cannot be held liable.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5931 of 2022(2) dt.05-04-2022 2/2 his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Sherghatti (Gaya), in connection with Sherghatti (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 312 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
