The petitioner is languishing in custody since 06.04.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 326, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that all the accused persons including the petitioner surrounded the informant and on the order of co-accused Md. Jabbar co-accused Md. Gabbar fired upon the informant causing injury on his chest.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation of firing is not against the petitioner and the investigation has already concluded.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Begusarai in connection with Matihani P.S.
