In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 264 of 2016 registered for offence under sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The police has intercepted the petitioner and his colleague. From the possession of the petitioner, the stolen motorcycle has been recovered. The petitioner is in jail custody since 9.3.2016.
This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, namely, Mukesh Kumar Singh is rejected.
The petitioner, however, may renew his prayer for bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17287 of 2016 (2) dt.28-04-2016 after nine months of the judicial custody.
