It appears that except confessional of co-accused as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, the used mobile has been recovered from possession of other co-accused.

Accordingly, above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghaty in connection with Sherghaty P.S.Case No. 283 of 2014.
