Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Nine ATM cards are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and at the time of recovery, petitioner disclosed that 2 ATM cards belong to him and rest belong to his relatives but even then police instituted this case and sent the petitioner to jail where petitioner is cooling his heels since 7.2.2106. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Vishnupad P.S. Case no. 12/2016.
