Petitioner is in jail custody since 24.02.2015 on the accusation that he picked up the informant's minor daughter and while victim was being carried, the informant and others came there on the alarm raised by the victim, and thereafter the petitioner threw the victim on the earth and fled away. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of period of detention of the petitioner as also this aspect of the matter that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the
