Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30, 32 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Prosecution's case in brief is that 4.4.liters of country made liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case as the alleged incriminating material has not been recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
