2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"(A) A Mandamus commanding the respondents to dispose of the Representation of the petitioner dated 08.11.2022 (Annexure-3) filed before Anchal Adhikari Islampur, (Respondent No.3) for demarcating the lands of the petitioner by Government Amin in his own cost situate in village Islampur over Khata No. 613 & 341 Plot No. 636, 637, 638 & 634.

(B) Any other relief or reliefs for which petitioner may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the present case may be given to him."

3. A counter-affidavit has come on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3701 of 2026(3) dt.15-04-2026 2/2 respondent nos. 2 and 3 and para-8 shows that the representation of the petitioner could not be located with assurance that if fresh representation is filed, it will be taken to its logical conclusion.

4. This fact has been pointed out by the learned State counsel.

5. In that background, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the concerned respondent for the redressal of the grievance with proper representation armed with the different annexures.

6. Learned State counsel submits that if such application is filed, it will be taken to its logical conclusion as per the undertaking given in the counter-affidavit.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts, the writ petition stands disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach afresh before the Revenue Authority who shall be duty bound to abide by the undertaking given before this Court and take the representation to its logical conclusion in accordance with law after hearing all the parties.
